On January 18, 2022, the Six Arts Culture Park had the pleasure to have 6 trainees join us.
They are excellent students from the Suzhou Tourism and Finance Institute, which focuses on the majors of Tourism Management, Hotel Management, Finance Culinary Arts and more!

Located close to the fascinating Shangfang Hill and Stone Lake Scenic Area, Suzhou Tourism and Finance Institute boasts six departments, namely Tourism Management, Hotel Management, Finance, Business, Commerce, Landscaping, and Art Department.
The school attaches great importance to the cultivation of students’ ability and foreign language study, and aims to train professional talents for Suzhou’s modern service industry.

In order to acquaint them with the Six Arts Culture Park, a welcome orientation course was held on their first day.
The management team showed their warm welcome to the trainees and shared their work and experience in the culture park.
The trainees also made self-introductions.

紧接着是更为实用的服务技能培训
六悦管理负责人奕莎女士讲述了主要的知识点
并和实习生们进行了生动的模拟演练
这对他们之后的工作有着重要的指导意义
The training went on to include a focus on service skills, which was practical and useful for the trainees to apply in their daily work.
Ms. Elizabeth, representing the Six Arts Management, elaborated on how to deliver excellent service and practiced with the trainees so they can be ready to welcome our guests in their new roles.

After a short noon break, Six Arts arranged a tour around Lili Ancient Town for the trainees, allowing them to get familiar with their working environment and learn about the many experiences that they can share with our guests.
