2025年12月14日，来自城盈家园漕湖青年公寓才艺社的二十多位青年，在六悦博物馆参与了一场融合参观与手作的沉浸式主题活动，亲手完成了精美的掐丝珐琅镇纸。
城盈家园漕湖青年公寓是苏相合作区智慧公寓标杆，已为60余家企业超1.2万名职工提供安居服务。项目通过系列社群与成长计划，构建“青年-社区-服务”联动生态，打造有温度的人才成长平台。未来将持续深化社区化运营，建设青年发展型社区全国样板，推动实现从“住有所居”到“住有优居”的品质跃升。
On December 14, 2025, over twenty talented young individuals from the Chengying Jiayuan Caohu Youth Apartments’ Talent Club took part in an immersive event at the Six Arts Museum. They combined tours with hands-on creativity, crafting exquisite cloisonné enamel paperweights.
Chengying Jiayuan Caohu Youth Apartments, a model of smart living in the Su-Xiang Cooperation Zone, has already served over 12,000 employees from 60+ companies. By fostering a youth-community-service ecosystem, it creates a nurturing growth platform. The project aims to continuously enhance community operations, setting a nationwide standard for youth-focused development and elevating living quality from “housing available” to “quality living.”
