SIX ARTS MUSEUM

Chuiwan (捶丸), an ancient Chinese form of mini golf, flourished during the Tang, Song, and Ming dynasties. It was played by officials, scholars, military officers, and urban commoners—women among them—making it a true reflection of everyday life in ancient China.

The Six Arts Adventure Mini Golf experience was created to share how everyday life in ancient China was once lived. Like all of the exhibits and activities at Six Arts Museum, we invite you to engage through movement, touch, and participation, rather than observation alone.
