The Six Arts Culture Park is a one-of-kind destination, and we want our service to impress our guests as much as our ancient art collection does! For two days, the Six Arts team took part in an intensive customer service & product knowledge training provided by Inspire Hospitality.
六悦文化园的员工们学习了服务基础三要素知识，并且进行了模拟操作，明白了基本服务和为客人提供盛情款待的区别。他们认识自己的服务应该从简单操作上升为能让客人有“回家”的亲切感觉，让专业性服务更带有热情。
Our team learned the three essential elements of service and through practical simulations, they had the opportunity to learn the difference between transactional service and professional hospitality. They learned ways to make each of our guests feel "at home" when visiting any part of the Six Arts Culture Park.
我们正在学习如何在客人进入博物馆，酒店以及餐厅时为客人提供帮助。
We learned how to assist guests from the moment they enter the museum, hotel or restaurant.
酒店的员工们正在与奕莎老师模拟演练如何在三米之内迎接客人并且给予最自然且热情的迎接。
We practiced with Ms. Elizabeth how to greet guests within three meters, and give the most natural and warm greeting.
我们所有员工学习了如何协助想要了解酒店的客人，如何与客人沟通，并带领他们参观介绍客房，帮助他们预定客房。
We learned how to assist a guest who want to learn more about the hotel, how to communicate with our guests to introduce them to our rooms and how to help them with making reservations.
