2026年6月4日，苏州工艺美术职业技术学院雕刻设计与工艺美术品设计专业师生参观了六悦博物馆。博物馆中大量原汁原味的民间雕刻藏品，为师生们带来了沉浸式的传统工艺体验，也激发了他们对纹样创意与刀法传承的深层思考，进一步感受到民间艺术历久弥新的生命力。
苏州工艺美术职业技术学院是我国成立的第一所艺术设计高等职业院校，前身可追溯至1958年成立的苏州工艺美术专科学校。学院入选“中国特色高水平高职学校和专业建设计划”（双高计划）建设单位，是全国职业教育先进单位、国家示范性高职院校。
On June 4, 2026, students and faculty from the Sculpture Design and Craft Art programs of Suzhou Art & Design Technology Institute visited Six Arts Museum. The museum’s extensive collection of authentic folk carvings offered students an immersive encounter with traditional craftsmanship, inspiring deeper reflections on ornamental design, carving techniques, and the preservation of craft traditions. The visit highlighted the enduring vitality and contemporary relevance of China’s folk arts.
Suzhou Art & Design Technology Institute is China’s first higher vocational institution specializing in art and design education. Its origins trace back to the Suzhou Academy of Craft Arts, established in 1958. The institute is a designated participant in China’s “Double High Plan” for the development of high-level vocational schools and programs, and is recognized as both a National Model Vocational College and a National Advanced Unit in Vocational Education. It continues to play a leading role in the education and development of talent in art, design, and traditional crafts.
