近日，苏州中学国际书院G10与G12年级师生走进黎里古镇六悦博物馆，开展一场别开生面的文化研学活动。
同学们带着社会研究课题，走进丰富多彩的中国民间艺术收藏，探索博物馆如何通过藏品选择、展览设计与文化叙事，让历史与传统文化走近当代观众。
六悦博物馆创始人杜维明与同学们围坐交流，分享自己创办博物馆的经历，以及收藏、策展与博物馆运营的实践经验，并回答同学们关于文化传承和未来职业发展的提问。
此次参访也为同学们即将开展的班级博物馆展览项目提供了灵感与参考。
六悦博物馆期待与更多海内外学校合作，让博物馆成为连接课堂与社会、传统与当代、中国与世界的文化教育空间。
Students and teachers from Soochow Academy visited Six Arts Museum in Lili Ancient Town for an educational experience combining Chinese cultural heritage, museum studies, and thoughtful discussion.
Grade 10 and Grade 12 students explored the museum’s extensive folk art collections, learning how museums select, organize, and interpret objects to tell stories about history and culture.
Museum founder Mitch Dudek joined the students for an informal discussion, sharing his experiences in collecting, curating, and building Six Arts Museum, while answering questions about cultural preservation and careers in museums and the arts.
The visit also provided inspiration for the students’ upcoming classroom museum exhibition projects.
