On Tuesday July 26th, we had the chance to welcome our newest team members for our New Employee Orientation.

The Six Arts leaders joined the occasion to extend a warm welcome and share about their roles and experience. Our new team members, whom all come from the local Lili community, had a chance to learn about the story of the Six Arts Museum, the Six Arts Museum Hotel and Fortune Restaurant. We want them to feel welcomed and proud to work at the Six Arts Culture Park.
在六悦文化园的入职培训期间，他们一起享用了午餐，并学习了如何给客人提供五星级酒店服务。对我们的团队成员来说，最重要的是学习关键技能，这将帮助他们有信心为我们的客人创造一个难忘的体验，并培养新员工在酒店业的职业发展。
They enjoyed lunch together and also learned about how to deliver 5 Star Service when working at the Six Arts Culture Park. It’s important for our team members to learn the key skills that will help them be confident to create a memorable experience for our guests and to develop their hospitality career.
