2025年4月18日，第8期“心手相连·青春有约”苏港青少年交流活动来到黎里古镇，来自香港5所学校的近50名师生牵手苏州园区外国语学校师生，走进了苏州市华侨文化交流基地——六悦博物馆。
On April 18, 2025, the eighth "Hand in Hand, Youth Rendezvous" Jiangsu-Hong Kong Youth Exchange brought nearly 50 teachers and students from five Hong Kong schools to Lili Ancient Town in Suzhou. They joined local students to visit the Cultural Communication Base for Overseas Chinese of Suzhou — Six Arts Museum.
“心手相连·青春有约”是推动苏港两地青少年交流互动的特色活动品牌，2016年启动以来，受到社会各界广泛关注。本期活动是“心手相连·青春有约”品牌活动第六次走进苏州。在苏期间，香港同学们将通过探访苏州历史文化名胜、走进科技前沿、入住结对伙伴家庭等形式，研习中华传统技艺，领略科技发展魅力，多角度感知内地发展成就。
Launched in 2016, this program has become a key platform for youth exchanges between Jiangsu and Hong Kong. During their stay, Hong Kong students will explore Suzhou’s cultural heritage, experience cutting-edge technology, and stay with host families to learn traditional crafts and witness the mainland’s developmental achievements.
