再次到访古镇黎里，参观六悦博物馆
On January 12, 2022, Mr. Yang Mingyi, the famous painter born in Suzhou, and his wife, Ling Zi, paid a second visit to Lili Ancient Town and visited our museum, accompanied by Ms. He Zheng, Curator of Xu Beihong Art Gallery.

杨明义老师1943年出生于江苏苏州
1962年毕业于苏州工艺美术专科学校
1981年就读中央美术学院
1987年赴美留学
毕业于纽约青年艺术学生同盟
Born in Suzhou in 1943, Mr. Yang Mingyi graduated from Suzhou Art and Crafts Institute in 1962 and studied at the China Central Academy of Fine Arts, Beijing.
In 1987, he went to America, studied at and then graduated from the Art Student League of New York.

Mr. Yang Mingyi returned to China in 1999 and has resided in Beijing ever since.
As a National First Class Artist and member of the Chinese Artists Association, he is now the Deputy Director of Guoyun Wenhua Calligraphy and Painting Institute as well as the Deputy Director of Hai Hua Gui Painting Institute.

Mr. Yang Mingyi, China’s famous contemporary painter, is especially skilled at painting natural landscapes featuring the charm of the water towns in Southeast China.
Based on tradition, his paintings combine Chinese and western painting styles and feature pioneering modern Chinese ink paintings, which have enjoyed recognition both at home and abroad.
