May 18th is International Museum Day. The theme for 2023 is "Museums, Sustainability and a Better Life" which aims to emphasize that museums are a key factor in promoting a sustainable and better life for society.

The Six Arts Museum is located in the ancient town of Lili, a water town in the hinterland of the Yangtze River Delta. The 18,000 square meter exhibition hall houses over 50 exhibition areas with more than 40,000 carefully collected items by the founder, Mr. Mitch Dudek over a span of 40 years. The museum preserves, maintains and displays the collections with professional and environmentally friendly methods.

The museum collections include various ancient architectural components, antique furniture, wood and stone carvings, as well as crafts that were once used in ancient temples and residences. The wide variety of collections is overwhelming and leaves one in awe.
