Last year, we were truly moved by the warmth and support of the residents of Lili Ancient Town, as our celebration of gratitude spread warmth through every corner and alley. This year, that heartfelt appreciation returned—on November 8, 2025, the Six Arts Museum proudly presented “Appreciation Day” once again, honoring every Lili resident who has journeyed alongside us with sincere gratitude!

On the event day, Six Arts Museum generously offered complimentary annual memberships to all our friends living and working in Lili Ancient Town. That afternoon, we were delighted to host Australian photographer Mike Emery and curator Mitch Dudek for an exclusive VIP tour of the “China 1980” photo exhibition. Through their lenses, they guided guests on a visual dialogue spanning over 40 years, revisiting an era rich with warmth and stories. This isn’t just an exhibition—it’s a profound encounter resonating with history.

After the photo exhibition VIP tour event, the spotlight shifted to Lili Ancient Town’s dazzling young talents, kicking off a delightful children’s performance! From poised young hosts and vivid storytelling to the graceful elegance of Chinese dance and the lively energy of Latin routines. The melodious guzheng, the dynamic drum rhythms, and the smooth piano pieces added to the magic—children brightened the afternoon with their innocence and talent, showcasing the vibrant spirit of Lili Ancient Town’s cultural legacy.

As night fell, the Six Arts Museum stage lit up for the thrilling “Surprise 80s” show!
Kids in floral shirts and bell-bottoms grooved to the retro Disco beats, reimagining the trends of the 80s!
The Muxing Live Band kicked things off with an energetic medley of 80s hits that thrilled the crowd.
TikTok sensation @DancingJunJun wowed everyone at Six Arts Museum, lighting up the stage with his electric retro moves!
With music and performances, we brought back the free-spirited golden era, leaving every guest immersed in nostalgia and marking the day with heartfelt memories.
